Where were they from?įirst: “Simon Poindexter” is, of course, an alias, which he explained when I spoke with him over Zoom. Its esotericism made it a winking, enigmatic topic of conversation, and it spread from circle to circle. Something to whip out when drinking with a bunch of strangers. Is he a narcissist, or just a Leo?
